Indian Clubs

 

Parallel lifting swings side to side

Lift over and behind shoulder , dropping clubs to side, alternating sides

 

 

Chase clubs swinging

 

Alternating Outward swings

Alternating Inward swings

 

Alternating Outward swings moving side to side

Alternating Outward swings moving footwork around in a circle

 

Alternating inward swings moving side to side

Alternating inward swings moving footwork around in a circle

 

Standard set

  • Outward Windmills

     

     

  • Inward Windmills

  • Parallel swings both directions

  • Adding alternating swings

 

 

Wooden Dumb-Bells

 

  • Lifting side to side

  • Lifting alternating to sides

  • Partner standing side to side

  • Swinging bells and clicking together top to bottom

  • Partner holding bells in front with stepping forward backward

  • Partner holding bells in front moving forward/backward with resistance
