My experiences in Martial training journeyed from West to East and back again.  Focusing on classic western physical education with a foundation in traditional Asian training methods I guide martial artists at any training level to help them prepare for combat, self-defense and improve overall health. I feel that people should be able to enjoy Martial Arts at the highest level for their entire life.

Using time proven western tools such as Indian Clubs, Mace, Wands, Medicine Balls and layering in eastern, marrow and tendon washing and internal energy flows I am seeking to apply a foundation for overall peak performance and optimal health.
